FAA deferred medical denial due to bad day?

Serious question. My medical was deferred and required FAA case by case examination. Will the FAA denies a deferred medical due to having a bad day?

Wtf does having a bad day mean? DUI or something of that nature?? Of course you’re gonna get a denial

I think they are asking if the person who reviews the deferment is having a bad day, will he/she be less likely to approve his medical.

The FAA doesn't allow pilots to have bad days. But seriously, provided a little factual detail if you actually want a cogent answer to your question.
