KIOXIA Exceria G2 DRAM Cache Doubt

I'm thinking of purchasing the Exceria G2 1TB NVMe drive from Kioxia for my PC build, but I'm confused as to whether or not is has an actual DRAM cache. It says it has one on the Amazon listing, but the official Kioxia site has no mention of a DRAM cache. Could someone verify whether or not it actually has one?

There is a DRAM of 512MB on 500GB variant, confirmed with crystal disk info. But the TBW of the device is just around 32TB. Which is very less, does not even match half the claim of 100TBW o 500gb drive.
I am using the 500Gb version since 92days and the Data written to it is just 2TB, the heath of the drive dropped to 95%.

I have the 1tb as s secondary gaming drive no issues. Where did you get this tbw count from? I am getting a number many times more from data sheets even for 500gb

How do you see if it has dram or not in CrystalDiskInfo?

I mean, its one of the cheapest 1 tb NVMe ssds on Amazon in the Indian market right now; and the only one cheaper than this is the Crucial E100, which doesnt strike me as a good quality drive.
