Take an archival photo of your hands every few years to help you process your own aging and mortality

I'm almost 40 and remember thinking how curious/interesting my parents and grandparents hands looked compared to mine when I was young.
At what point do/did they change from the soft and seamless mittens into the dried, wrinkled, calloused, scarred utilitarian tools that they are.
I kinda wish I had a visual history of the gradual aging and wearing of these things that I've carried with me for the last 10,000 days and more, so I can perhaps better process my overall aging ...

I appreciate doctors, scientists, and researchers who do this. For myself, I'd rather just live.
