Having lived in different countries I can tell you it's not true. Of course it's purely subjective. But Asian women tend to take care of their body a lot better, better skin, better hair, next to zero makeup and still look ten years younger. Arabic women have the most beautiful face, especially around Syria/ Iran/ Lebanon area.

In Europe the Scandinavian look good if you're into blue eyes blonde girls, they too take care of their body.

Then most white are sub par with a shitty attitude.

Body face wise I would say Vietnam is the best cross over between whiter skin Chinese and good body like the Thai.

The ultimate is mixed Filipino White, that's why they keep winning miss world.

Personally I prefer my women more rugged, I don't like barbie type they're usually boring as fuck and shit in bed.

England has some of the ugliest women out there. South if France have some hotties in the South.

Rule of thumb, hottest women are where the money is. Big cities and financial districts. All the hedge funds in Mayfair have some of the hottest women in the world as "secretaries".
