ULPT how can I make someone stop being friends with me

I used to be friends with him but something happened that I will not say, but now me and my family don’t like him, he is unaware of this but he purposefully just annoys people for no reason and I hate talking to people in person so I can’t just tell him, I don’t want him to know that I don’t want to be friends, I have -his discord -full name -home address -email -class and other school related things
