Crying baby. I'm sure you can get a few different samples online, ranging from whimpering to full blown colic rage. Then make a 3 hour audio file. But not continuous. Do it so there's crying for 1-3 minutes, then it fades, then starts again after a few minutes, with varying length of crying and silence. You're aiming to maximise that feeling of hope that the crying has now stopped, only for it to be crushed and replaced by despair and rage when the crying resumes.
