How to get grease out of sofa?

As the title suggests. I've spent far to long laying on my sofa being unemployed, may not have showered as much as necessary 😩 and sleep on it sometimes. I've tried upholstery cleaner....Any other tips?

Sometimes old fashioned washing up liquid on a fairly damp cloth works better for me than upholstery cleaner.
