West Florida is mostly old people, but the number of these old fuckers has been increasing exponentially for the last 15 years. The cost of living on the West Coast has experienced some of the largest increases imaginable, leading the country multiple years.

They're building houses and condos on any tiny scrap of land they can find while never thinking of improving infrastructure. It takes me 30 minutes to go 1 mile anytime between 11an and 7pm (Old fucks don't hit the road too early so saves me a bit of time on my morning commute, at least until I hit the highway which is a whole nother fucking mess)

All the condos and homes they're building generally start at $1.5M and will flood or fall over the next time we have a hurricane because theres no trees or natural flood plains to help with the wind or water anymore.

It's a mess over here.
