Please can you help me understand what normal eating looks like?

Hi :) So this is purely for me in eating disorder recovery and others like me who have developed a massively skewed idea of what people normally eat. Would anyone feel confortable to share a bit of information on their normal diet over a three day period? **Info that would be helpful... :) Time you ate, vaguely what you ate. Eg. 8am breakfast: bowl of cereal, 11am coffee and chocolate biscuit An honest snapshot, ideally over a period of a few days so that it illustrates things don't happen the same everyday **Info that would be incredibly unhelpful! *any value judgement on yours or anyone else's diet *explanations of why (the eating disorder brain will attempt to turn these into new food rules). Eg. "3pm snack: peanuts" is helpful "3pm post run snack: peanuts" less helpful. *excessive information on ingredients or amounts. Eg. "8am breakfast: bowl of cereal" is helpful. "8am, Xgrams cornflakes with Yml of semi skimmed milk" not helpful. *** It's as much about pattern of how often normal people eat that I'm trying to get my head around. Thank you in advance for your honesty 🙏
