Please can you help me understand what normal eating looks like?

Hi :)
So this is purely for me in eating disorder recovery and others like me who have developed a massively skewed idea of what people normally eat.
Would anyone feel confortable to share a bit of information on their normal diet over a three day period?
**Info that would be helpful... :)
Time you ate, vaguely what you ate. Eg. 8am breakfast: bowl of cereal, 11am coffee and chocolate biscuit
An honest snapshot, ideally over a period of a few days so that it illustrates things don't happen the same everyday
**Info that would be incredibly unhelpful!
*any value judgement on yours or anyone else's diet
*explanations of why (the eating disorder brain will attempt to turn these into new food rules). Eg. "3pm snack: peanuts" is helpful "3pm post run snack: peanuts" less helpful.
*excessive information on ingredients or amounts. Eg. "8am breakfast: bowl of cereal" is helpful. "8am, Xgrams cornflakes with Yml of semi skimmed milk" not helpful.

It's as much about pattern of how often normal people eat that I'm trying to get my head around.
Thank you in advance for your honesty 🙏
