I want a pressure cooker for hunting/camping/hiking that would serve also as a bug out camp cooking util.
I don't want one with a fixed handle that sticks out more than an inch or two, so the smaller ones meant for kitchens are not desirable.
I found these:

For a long trip, a pressure cooker would allow you to thoroughly cook beans, rice, game using very little fuel. For fish or small game, tiny bones can be softened to the point that they're edible. It makes a very nutritious stock.
100g each of dried beans and oats or wheat provides 2000 calories and 35-40g of balanced protein. Add 100g of healthy fat like canola oil and textured soy protein, or jerky or small game, and foraged greens, and it's easy to build a 3000 calorie highly nutritious, high fiber, high mineral diet on a weight budget of little more than 300g per day. Add 100g of nuts and dried fruit to bring that up to 3500 calories.
That's 4 kilo for 10 days @ 3500/day, provided you have a pressure cooker. And it's very compact.
Oh, and because it cooks so quickly, it's reasonable to plan cooking on a stick stove, so no additional fuel budget. Most meals will cook on a single charge of sticks.
