Ingredients 3 lb potato 1lb of beef liver 1l chicken broth 1 head of cabbage shredded 1 head of cauliflower chopped 1kg of quinoa 2 onions 1 lb shitake mushrooms Half stick of butter Cilantro Green onions Garlic Miso base
Preparation Cut everything up add everything to the pot bring to a boil and cook that shit. Cook time 1 hour to 1.5 hours.
Can eat with bread or tortilla chips or rice or whatever honestly. Just add different kinds of hot sauce for variability and you got yourself a high protein high fiber easy to make meal in less than an hour for two weeks. Just gotta freeze one half and be OK with microwaving a plate of the same food every day.

Dude… right subreddit but… You think his is high protein? And you say you’re eating it lose weight????
Go buy -5lb ground beef chub -Lettuce -5lb bag/block of cheddar for $10
Cook into taco meat and make taco salads for a week.

That's not enough fiber for me man I need fiber when I eat my protein and I eat one steak on Saturday and do 1 or two protein shakes a day

I don’t understand why people think they have to be miserable when eating healthy food.
iHatePlasticClothing@reddit (OP)
Who exactly are u calling miserable
SurammuDanku@reddit
this somehow looks worse than Adam Ragusea's pot 'o protein
Madrigal_King@reddit
Honestly that doesn't look too bad

Think about how I feel when I get a good whiff of the cut up onion and pour them into the boiling pot only for them to really never be seen again. Its my saddest moment because I love my onion friends
flowerspeaks@reddit
Looks so amazing, would smash
iHatePlasticClothing@reddit (OP)
Ohhh but only if you grip and caress the wooden spoon with tender love and care as u mix my monster mash while gently chanting... if only if only the woodpecker sighs...

Roughly how much protein per serving?
Ramiel01@reddit
1.4 kg potato at 1.9% protein
24.9 g protein
454 g beef liver at 20.4%
92.6 g
750 g approx cabbage at 1.44%
10.8 g
750 g approx cauliflower at 2%
14.9 g
454 g shitake mushrooms at 2.1%
9.5 g
1 kg quinoa at 13.1%
131 g
2 medium onions at 1g ea.
2 g
Subtotal = 270.8 g
OP says they divide it into roughly 14 meals which is approximately 19 g of protein per meal.
Safe lower limit for a 70 kg man at light activity levels is 58 g/day
One meal of this high protein food is 33% of the safe lower limit of protein per day.

Lmao Jesus i get that much before dinner from cottage cheese and Greek yogurt. This dude eating a mishmash of rancid slop exclusively for 2 weeks and still not getting it.
iHatePlasticClothing@reddit (OP)
I usually do 2lb of ground beef this week was just 1lb of liver cuz I'm trying to diet to show my abs to the girlie's this summer I'm trying to find a wife who would wife me up and I want to be able to feel my abs before she does so that's all. I get prolly 120g of protein a day cuz I been doing two protein smoothies per day 30g of protein each
iHatePlasticClothing@reddit (OP)
Damn 58g is not a fuckin safe lower limit for a man that's crazy chatgpt would say that it should be 120g which I do get but recently I've just been dieting. More likely it would be 2lb of ground beef in this and also the chicken broth u didn't factor and I also drink 2 protein shakes a day
zeekkeyz@reddit
Thanks for sharing the breakdown - very helpful! Personally I aim for 120-150g of protein daily across 3 meals so 19g would feel pretty low for my goals, although that's pretty impressive making something that last 2 weeks!

Looks like shit. Take my upvote.

Ngl the first picture looks like a bunch of scraps after a party and someone threw on top to top it off.
iHatePlasticClothing@reddit (OP)
Lol it tastes very bland like mushie porridge cause I don't add much seasoning it's the end product when i add hot sauce or maybe some bread that's where the taste comes in. My taste buds are fried anyways years of eating highly palatable food does that to you
SuspiciousSeaweed757@reddit
that quinoa looks raw
iHatePlasticClothing@reddit (OP)
Well it was when I took the pic still I let it simmer for maybe 20.mins more after the first pic. Pic 2 is usually what the finished product looks like
SuspiciousSeaweed757@reddit
ohh i see, honestly looks good id eat it
iHatePlasticClothing@reddit (OP)
W...would u eat it every day for 2 weeks for dinner 🥹🥹
caitejane310@reddit
Please tell me you freeze it. Please. Even if you're lying to me. Just tell me so I can sleep tonight.
iHatePlasticClothing@reddit (OP)
I freeze half yeah it's a race sometimes at the end of the week I'm like I don't want all this to waste so I end up eating more than I need to sometimes but I don't waste any of it
SuspiciousSeaweed757@reddit
p-probably not…more like ummmm 2 days 💕💞💞
Severe-Rope-3026@reddit
please do not make 2 weeks worth of food at once and eat only that for 2 weeks
your life can be better
iHatePlasticClothing@reddit (OP)
No it's fine trust me this 2 weeks worth consists of maybe 12k calories of food so I split that up for maybe 800 cals a day worth of this food and then my variability comes with the toppings and then I also have a sweet tooth that's always changing. This week I have walnuts ice cream and bananas for my dessert but also lunch is kinda the same every day for the past 2 years 2 or 3 slices of bread some honey or jam and butter and a protein shake.
I have issues with food sometimes like i cant control my eating sometimes so esp when the food is like pizza and donuts now I'm just trying to be healthy also I hate spending time in the kitchen so this keeps me out of the kitchen as long as possible. I also do steak Saturdays sometimes or salmon so it's something to look forward to.
Severe-Rope-3026@reddit
i mean i will eat the same pot of beans for 4 days, but ill at least make new rice or new cornbread
2 weeks is bordering on self harm
