Where i live a family judge can and will throw them out if he/she believes any of the points in the contract are not taking into account new developments, meaning if even only a couple years have passed since the marriage and they are now older (less chance of new relationships), or either of them got a promotion/fired/new vehicle/etc since, to not even speak of children, dead family members like a parent of one of the partners (because they would lose support in the event of a separation) also come into play. Sincerely the only times ive seen a prenup even be used in my country has been by local singers, footballers and actors and even with extremely short relationships they rarely get their prenups upheld in court. Im sure there are countries where prenups do something but here they are not even worth the effort to write them. What some rich people with an army of lawyers, accountants, administrators, etc do is create phantom companies belonging to phantom companies belonging to and so goes the rabbit hole, so that in the even of a divorce they only lose a little bit, maybe a car
