Meat Product commercials used to be a thing.

Some farmers or wannabe farmers in my area in the 90s jumped on the fad of raising emu. Similar to the "Pork, the other white meat." campaign, they had "Emu, the other red meat" bumper stickers. I have no idea if Arkansas is suited for emu as we have only raised cattle but within a few years the emu farmers were turning them loose into the wild because the get rich quick scheme they thought they were getting into didn't pan out. You would randomly see an emu running around outside in the county occasionally. My only experience was one day I was driving home from my rural university on a back road that ran parallel with railroad tracks. I saw something out of the corner of my eye and turned to see this emu absolutely sprinting alongside the tracks and keeping up with my car. I was going at least 45. This thing looked like a damn T-Rex cranking it's neck back and forth and running with all this strength. This was before everyone had a video of everything and I thought no way anyone will ever believe this🤣
