What can you negotiate for outside of cash comp?

Hi,
I just landed an offer with a Series B startup offering me $180k. I want to negotiate but I think I could get the most of this deal by not focusing on just cash compensation.
Here's what I've thought of asking for:
$195k base
5 days extra PTO (they offer 15 which is standard in the US I believe)
What else do you think I can get out of this? I've heard some people ask for home office equipment or a desktop/laptop that they can own even if they resign. If the company doesn't do 401k matching, is even 195k a good deal? I get a 5% match with my current employer and that matters a ton.
What are some unusual ideas for things you would ask for?
Edit: options are also a part of compensation but I'm not really including them here because I am not really in a position to exercise. The role is fully remote which is ideal for me.

Negotiation coach here that specialized big tech. My advice is that you should check out the salary range on levels.fyi or glassdoor then use salaryscript to bump the TC higher. That's my strategy and I have helped my clients get up to an extra \~$120k in Total compensation. Some even negotiated 4 day work week

There were rumors at my last job that one of my coworkers had negotiated an hour of nap time after lunch. You could try asking for something a bit off the wall like that.

I'm only 3 years too late. This is hilarious.
