I thought I was the only one that liked the Quick and the Dead. I think I bought it used on VHS and watched it several times. I never could get into Bad Girls though, I usually am a Drew Barrymore fan, but I felt she over acted some on the movie and it irked me for some reason.
Was bad girls the one where they talked about the Peckerton detinctives (instead of Pinkerton detectives)? I still think about that all the time. I loved that movie.
The first one is much more a Sam Raimi movie than a Western, but I love it.
If you ever see a Bruce Campbell autobiography on sale (I own at least two) pick it up. _If China Could Kill_ has a couple great stories about this movie, one of which highlights what an ass Gene Hackman was.
I have the audiobook, just haven't listened to it yet.
And I didn't realize it was Sam Raimi until I was much older, but that definitely explains the appeal
