Picking up new GPU: 9070 XT vs 4070 Ti Super?

Hey guys, I'm currently in the process of building a new pc with r7 7700 as the cpu (not getting absolute top dogs like x3d because they're hugely overpriced in my country) I've narrowed down my options to: *9070 XT Asrock Steel Legend - $845 *4070 Ti Super Zotac Trinity - $880 These are the best prices I can get them at. Both are brand new, which one should I get?

9070 xt will be faster in raster. RT should be about the same

If anything AMD will improve performance with driver and game updates, safe to say the 4000 series has peaked

IMO. The 4070TiS, but you can argue either way Rasterisation tends to be a tie. The 4070TiS can be 50% faster in the most intense RT available: https://youtu.be/VQB0i0v2mkg The main reason for the 4070TiS is DLSS. AMD have narrowed the quality gap with FSR 4, but game support is far behind

Thanks, upscaling is probably gonna be used a lot for me since a little image clarity sacrifice is worth it for more fps.

How do you access higher end visual features on a resource-limited machine like a console? You compromise on resolution RT is a feature that scales heavily with the number of pixels displayed, upscaling is designed to be used in combination with it to get good perfomance
