Would people honestly have an issue me using the disabled toilet at work, and should I care?

A couple of days or so a week, I go into the office. I am diagnosed Autistic (diagnosed as an adult), so there's various things I do in order to work as well as I do at home (noise cancelling headphones, etc). The one thing I absolutely cannot get on with is the toilets. I have never been able to deal with public toilets well - remember when the guys encountered the toilet guy from the IT Crowd and couldn't piss? That's me, every time. I used to hold it in all day at school 25 years back as I found it so difficult. Adding to that, the smell, absolutely fucking disgusting state it's left in by some people (if you can't aim your dick, fucking sit on the seat rather than pissing everywhere!). Honestly, traumatising. So I use the sole disabled toilet in the building. Airy, personal heater, no mess, no disruption, just toilet bliss I have had some odd looks, as it's clear I make a beeline just for there. Does it matter?
