parts list complete: ~$550 Entry/budget gaming PC ROAST me!

Thanks to all here who have helped me get this list together.
This is for my 12 year old son, so it's a $600 budget ( his is putting in $300). He plays Minecraft, Fortnite, quest VR, and switch a lot. His only requests are 1) Windows 11 2) UCB-C port
When I first started with this build over a month ago I saw a TV commercial for the new spider game on PC! Kind of cool because I don't usually see PC games advertised. So I went to the min. req. and GTX 1650 was listed. OK so it can play modern games albeit at lower rates ( I think I don't know PC games).
I purchased a supposedly " new" 1650 SUPER. The rest of the computer should match this level is what I was thinking. Tried to use more modern ( read new) tech, but mid-range to lower end. Therefore related to price subtract $419 and add $88 (what I paid).
Alright tell me what you REALLY think. Roast my list. Or tell me ways to improve it.

It's a 800$ build. Btw please use a Rx 6600. 200$ and has better performance.

Yeah I would but $600 is tops, and he also got a keyboard, mouse, and headphones.
Honestly a $600 pre-build off eBay is probably better, but I already bought the GPU. Also it will be fun to build with my son.
Thanks for the reply!

The GTX 1650 SUPER is a 6 year old GPU, it is not worth $420, it's worth about $100.
Get a Radeon RX 7700 XT instead, it's nearly 3 times faster, and $430.
