I'm currently in a situation where I have two kits of RAM to be used. However, I'm kinda dumb on understanding technical specs of RAMS, and would like to request opinions from the sub members on which kit should I use? Google ain't helping much or maybe even my Google-fu skills are getting shittier :'D

Build details are:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9800X3D

GPU: Sapphire Nitro RX 6700 XT

Motherboard: Gigabyte B850 Aorus Elite Wifi7

PSU: Super Flower Leadex III ATX 3.1 1000W

Monitor: Acer 1080p 100Hz (can't remember the exact model)
