Would anyone happen to know what those rust colored pipes carry? Are they fuel lines or something else?

They're air-conditioning ducts. I actually asked the crew chief about that when I went on the tour.

A little additional info:
The orange tubes are to blow vehicle exhaust out the back while loading so the crew doesn't have to breathe it. They intake air from the side doors and blow directly out the back.
