Look man, I dig salt and vinegar chips and I dig yogurt... but this combination, especially when just being eaten with a spoon is, a class A felony in most countries.

I could see a decent dip being made out of this with some other ingredients, though.

I think Greek yogurt is a fine substitute for mayo. And no it's not chunks of potato but you'd probably get some flavor. It's not grandma's salad it's psychotic but serviceable if it's what you have
