Hey OP! Your post was closed on askbaking but I wanted to throw it out there in case you haven't tried already: Swerve granulated sugar substitute is a total game changer in baked goods.

I baked for years professionally and this is one of those ingredients that's been a staple in my own pantry. It's neat because it caramelizes like sugar does. :)

Not shilling, just a strength trainer with a massive sweet tooth!

Yeah, one of my cousins makes it and you can't even taste the zucchini. I'd highly recommend looking up recipes. Well, it probably has enough sugar it's not much healthier, but it should have fewer carbs at least.
