Was about to write that sandwich biscuits with chocolate surely have been around before Oreo but I checked and Oreo is hella old, it predates WW1 by a couple of years so unless I find a biscuit historian or do a deep dive into like Victorian era sweets I'm not sure I coud "erm, ackshually ☝️🤓" the reverse Oreo bit on that front
Yeah. Governor Ratcliffe was tortured to death by native women who flayed him alive with seashells.
It was actually something that made me double take when I did some research back on the true story of Pocahontas.
Then again, could you expect anything different? Disney made the film based on a weirdo British guy's fantasies about a 10 year old girl ( Pocahontas was a little girl when John Smith visited, and died when she was 21 )
In all fairness it's an actual plot point. She comes over as a diplomat and the British cover her face and skin with powder to make it paler and there's a whole scene of her washing it off.
It's a really bad movie, but this isn't a valid criticism of it.

Reverse Oreo you say? Double Nutter butter between the shutter also works.

There's a lot more random direct-2-video disney sequels than we think. There's even a Lady and the Tramp 2
Mickey-Twiggs@reddit
I'd be curious to watch Fox & the Hound 2.
S0lgale0@reddit
Its not as good as some of the other direct to DVD sequels but better than Frozen 2 and Moana 2
S0lgale0@reddit
Lady and the Tramp is a better film but Scamp and Angel are a better couple than Lady and Tramp!

I vaguely remember catching it on Disney channel once. The fat guy with the blackened armor is back and frames the blonde guy.

“Somehow, fat guy with the blackened armor returned”
We should’ve seen the signs.

In real life that guy got brutally executed

Don't forget that real life Pocahontas was like 10-12 years old at that time and John Smith was like 27-28
seandoesntsleep@reddit
The real story of pocahontas is super fucking sad. She died at 19 and was married off twice.
twofacetoo@reddit
In the second image, why is Pocahontas whiter than the so-called white man John Smith?
Catsindahood@reddit
Powder.
derpkoikoi@reddit
