Travel insurance for American visiting the US.

Do you have any recommendations for travel insurance providers that Americans can use when they make short (two-week) visits to the US? I currently have insurance through my employer but have not used it in four years since I don't live in the US. However, this year, the cost is going up, and I am thinking of dropping it as I have insurance in MX, where I live. I will just need coverage for a once-a-year trip home. Thoughts?

Banker here: Your credit cards often includes travel insurance for free of you pay for your trip using the card. Check with your card issuer for details and disclosures.

IMG covers you in your home country. Customer is HORRIBLE, but I'm assuming if you're in the US, it'll be easier to deal with because of direct billing and such.
Journeyman Services used to, but they changed underwriters. I'd write to them to ask.
