4473 help!

When I filled out my 4473 I’m pretty sure I answered all questions correctly, the guy who did my transaction at the store sat there and went over it before he pressed submit. Took a min or 2 but then he said I got delayed and to come back in 7-10 days bc I’m under 21.. would any questions I didn’t answer correctly be seen by him before he pressed submit and told to correct or would I have been instantly denied because of the wrong question answered? Just kinda overthinking it bc I seen a question on another subreddit that I didn’t fully notice or I guess read before saying yes or no. (In reality I just forgot if I clicked the correct one because I was in a rush)

The important thing is, don't you feel safer waiting those 10 days to get your gun?

No. Fuck no.. then on top of that let’s add a super fuck no

The 4473 is pass/fail. If you fail, they don't bother with the background check.

Look up the "Bi-partisan Safer Communities Act"

I know about the act my question is if I answered a question wrong would I have been denied instantly or would it wait till those 5-10 days?
ChevTecGroup@reddit
He wouldn't/shouldn't even get to the background check if you answered wrong. At that point he denies the sale or makes a determination whether it was just a mistake or if you can't buy a gun

Under 21 automatically gets a 5 day delay that can be extended to 10 if NICS so chooses to. It's a result of the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act as the other person mentioned.

So since I’m apart of that BSCA will I have to wait to know if any questions answered wrongfully will result in a denial or would that have been done as soon as I submitted it?
Real_RonaldReagan@reddit
If you filled out your information accurately and answered the qualifying questions correctly then you're fine, just have to wait. If you answered any of the qualifying questions wrong then the guy should not have submitted a background check so assuming he did his job correctly then you're fine.
