Damn he even has a clear g36
MlackBesa@reddit
Clear G36… that’s more impressive than the FAMAS to me. Dude was legit and obviously was connected.
Friendly_Hornet8900@reddit (OP)
Apparently some of the weapons were smuggled from Europe by sea.
Explains the stuff that is not readily available in the US market or with South American militaries (Like the 93R, MGV-176, Stechkin) .
The FAMAS G2 is actually used by Argentine naval commandos too, although this is the first time i heard of one being used by criminals in that region.
MlackBesa@reddit
Thanks for the info, I didn’t know about the G2 having been exported to Argentina! I was convinced it saw no more than a few African contracts and something in Indonesia or Malaysia I don’t remember.
keizaigakusha@reddit
A couple South American counties bought some samples of the Famas. Brazil was the largest purchaser so probably came from there.
MiseryIndexer@reddit
One if by land, two hundred by sea
IlluminatedPickle@reddit
The gats are coming?
MarcusWulfe941@reddit
Dude probably worked for HK, they did get in trouble for supplying arms to the area when they had been embargoed
JaySwear@reddit
HK would rather sell to this guy than the US public.
Worth-Sorry@reddit
Im from argentina and tbf Even HK pistols are hard to get here in the legal citizen market, that guy probably got that g36 from a link with the government since our SOF uses mp5's and thats about it
EJ_Sorona@reddit
Some of the firearms smuggled to Ecuador and Croatia were HKs, and they serial numbers matched to samples bought by the argentine government for our armed and security forces. The guys at HK got mad and stopped dealing with us. Or so I heard.
A couple of months ago I saw two police officers, one was armed with a Galil ACE in 5.56 and the other with an MP5SD with an EOTECH on top.
MarcusWulfe941@reddit
The ATF* would rather HK sell to criminals in other countries than to us.
backcountry57@reddit
Throw in the L85 with blank firing adapter, makes this a extremely unique collection
peshwengi@reddit
Yeah that was the first thing I noticed. Gave me flashbacks and made me want one, even though they were terrible.
SubstantialFly3316@reddit
They'd be ok as a civ shooter tbh. It was primarily the rigours of military use that undid them, which was...not a great feature of a military service rifle.
Bon3rBitingBastard@reddit
That L85 100% came from Bolivia
BazingaODST@reddit
I wish someone would start smuggling Famas into the us
TheBusinator34@reddit
It’s a nice collection
ohbrubuh@reddit
That transparent g36 is so sick.
He’s got a Sig 556 with the tag on it still too.
loogie97@reddit
Imagine having so many cool guns you haven’t got around to shooting the Sig 556.
gentsuba@reddit
Wait a fecking second... is that a fucking G1 since it retains the straight 25rnds mags of the F1 and not a curved 30rds STANAG mag of the G2.
The telling detail is that a G1 still uses a F1 mag release located in front of the Mag and a
From my memory you can't physically fit a Stanag mag in a F1 magwell,it's too wide.
I don't know if G1 replicas or airsoft exists
If true there was less than 50 "PR' serial number prefix, less than a 100 "A" and ~ 1500 "SP" cutaway and deactivated models.
MlackBesa@reddit
Oh oh! Great catch! No, no airsoft or model gun version of the G1 has ever been produced. You are right to mention the deacts, those conversely used to be extremely common in Europe and after all, nothing guarantees that every single gun in this is actual in firing condition!
humblenoob76@reddit
how is there an L85 in this guy's house
Friendly_Hornet8900@reddit (OP)
Probably smuggled from Europe like some of the other guns.
Or maybe from the Bolivian military.
A couple SA80s showed up in Brazil as well.
thepvbrother@reddit
Now THAT'S a rumpus room!
WXHIII@reddit
So uh... how does one become and arms dealer?
PewPewPilot24@reddit
Integrally suppressed Sterling Mk 4 in the top left corner of the 4th picture. Incredible collection of firearms. I really hope they weren’t all destroyed.
SubstantialFly3316@reddit
Sterling Mk5s were issued to Arg special forces. Ironically prominently used during the Falklands invasion. A copy of the famous photo of an Arg SF with prisoners is on the wall, the guy carries a Mk5.
unofficialed@reddit
*a SIGNED copy. Dude met some interesting people
SubstantialFly3316@reddit
Well spotted! Yeah, this guy moved in interesting circles.
FaustinoAugusto234@reddit
A suppressed Sterling Mk4 is a Mk5.
PewPewPilot24@reddit
Appreciate the information
Friendly_Hornet8900@reddit (OP)
Probably another gun that was being smuggled from Europe, or maybe a war trophy from some Argentine soldier.

Most of these bust and seize posts are super lame but this was amazing. This man has some good taste. Not perfect mind you but pretty good.
SuppliceVI@reddit
Not one or two but THREE FAMAS.
AND an SA80
Nutty.
RandyTrevor22321@reddit
And a USAS 12 I think further right pointing upwards
SuppliceVI@reddit
I only discounted that because I saw two together at AZFirearms before they became an auction-only site.
I wasn't aware they were rare at the time and I effectively saw lightning strike twice.
DerringerOfficial@reddit
Don’t forget the G36 and SG550
paucus62@reddit
Transparent G36, at that!
Bon3rBitingBastard@reddit
Sa80 from Bolivia I beleive. They ordered a few hundred for testing in the 80s and hated them, a bunch got deactivated according to British law and sold as souvenirs to British veterans.
DaPoorBaby@reddit
Are there better resolution pictures?
That's a tasty collection.

CyberSoldat21@reddit
L85A1, FAMAS, VP70 with the stock, and grenades? Fucking hell that’s quite the haul
mighty_issac@reddit
Are you sure the L85 is A1? I thought it was A2. I can only tell by the cocking handle and the picture isn't clear.
Is there another tell between A1 and A2 that's easier to see?
CyberSoldat21@reddit
Zoom in close enough on the charging handle. It doesn’t appear to be the A2 pattern. I’d assume it’s easier for an arms dealer to find an A1 than A2
mighty_issac@reddit
I can't really see the handle at all, that's why I assumed it was A2. I figured the silver handle of the A1 would stand out more. You could easily be right, I was just curious if there was something else to identify it.
The weirdest thing is storing it with a BFA on.
CyberSoldat21@reddit
Yeah the BFA coming with it is quite the odd additional but it’s a complete package deal by the looks of it
Elsrick@reddit
This literally looks like the load out screen from Rainbow 6 3
CyberSoldat21@reddit
It really does lol
kieranfitz@reddit
I've never seen a clear g36 in my life and now I've seen 2 posts in less than a minute
buttweasel76@reddit
Solid choices in that collection
TobiasReiper47ICA@reddit
Man now I want to watch Commando…not that that’s ever a bad thing mind you.
FaustinoAugusto234@reddit
That’s a collection, not a cache.
LongWalksAtSunrise@reddit
Exactly! Everything laid out nicely. That or a showroom for potential customers…look this is how a G36 works see the internals? lol
MlackBesa@reddit
If I was the cops I’d be fucking amazed and humbled
LongWalksAtSunrise@reddit
This was just a man cave hahaha
andrewwism@reddit
More like a museum rather than an arms dealer.
MrBarato@reddit
"Prison Tech" G36 is sick.
overkill@reddit
Looks like Burt Gummer's Rec Room.
Joedome@reddit
What is the weapon above the sten on pic 4? Looks like a patchett or sterling. Why does the muzzle look like a jaguars head lmao
SpacezCowboy@reddit
Thats some boondock saints shit right there., but I don't see no fucking rope.
BigWingStop@reddit
This is what dreams are made of 😍
Clapbakatyerblakcat@reddit
Uzi bayonet going to be a no from me dog. Just a bit too personal.
saysthingsbackwards@reddit
Stab n shoot
Brilliant_Let6532@reddit
Never seen an Uzi with a bayonet before. Suppresed Sterling is my favorite.
sandalsofsafety@reddit
The Uzi and the Mini Uzi come standard with bayonet lugs, but they aren't commonly used.
