None of this is solely due to religion lol, what a reductive take on geopolitics, the history of the India/pakistan partition, and terrorism in Central/south Asia.

Men came and killed people because they were Hindu.
Guess I'm confused. And not really interested in discussing the semantics of a religious massacre.
envythemaggots@reddit
Who were those men? How did they become that way?
AcadiaWonderful1796@reddit
The were Muslim men who became Muslim by being raised and indoctrinated into Islam. It’s really not that hard to grasp
envythemaggots@reddit
Who indoctrinated them to be so violent? There are billions of Muslims who live in as much peace as the average atheist or Christian.
Spoiler: the radicalisation was geopolitically motivated

Islam. "Kill the infidels wherever you find them" Qur'an 2:191
envythemaggots@reddit
Yeah and America printed pamphlets of that, built schools to spread those pamphlets, and poured thousands of weapons into the region. Afghanistan was heading toward progress before your peace loving west in partnership with Pakistan and Saudi Arabia fucked it up. You see where it gets complicated.
You people are so fucking stupid you can’t put two and two together.
AcadiaWonderful1796@reddit
Are there? You think the countries those Muslims live in are peaceful? Are they peaceful for the women who live as second class citizens? Are they peaceful for the gays who have to hide who they are on pain of death? Are they peaceful for apostates?
envythemaggots@reddit
Did you read the article? Afghanistan in the 1960s had women going to university without hijab, so did women in Iran before the CIA overthrew mossadegh. The Ottoman Empire had decriminalised homosexuality because it was such a common practice in their society.
Do you now realise how little you know?

That sounds like a powerful and immersive thought experiment. We can frame it as a historical document written after the start of World War III, chronicling key events from a future perspective—drawing on real-world events, but with hindsight and recontextualization as if the conflict had already begun. Think of it like a historian in the 2040s writing a comprehensive account of how WWIII unfolded.
Title: The Spark That Lit the Powder Keg: A Retrospective on the Early Stages of World War III (2008–2025)
Preface:
By the early 21st century, the post-Cold War unipolar world was fracturing. The illusion of stability maintained by globalization masked deep geopolitical rivalries, ideological clashes, and resource insecurities. While history often names a single event as the "start" of a war, the reality is more complex. World War III did not begin with a bang—but with subtle shifts, ignored warnings, and regional flashpoints that escalated beyond control.
Chapter 1: Seeds of the Storm (2008–2013)
Many scholars trace the ideological roots of the Third World War to the 2008 Russo-Georgian War, when Russia invaded Georgia under the pretext of protecting separatist regions. The West’s muted response emboldened Moscow and signaled the limits of NATO’s appetite for confrontation. Though brief, the conflict foreshadowed a new style of hybrid warfare: propaganda, cyber attacks, and deniable military action.
Simultaneously, China was rising, economically and militarily, asserting claims in the South China Sea, and modernizing its navy. The U.S. pivot to Asia under Obama began to strain relations with Beijing.
Chapter 2: The Crimean Catalyst (2014)
While 2008 may mark the ideological beginning, 2014 is widely considered the operational starting point of WWIII. The annexation of Crimea by Russia marked the first time since WWII that European borders were redrawn by force. Western sanctions followed, but so did a dangerous precedent: nuclear powers could act with impunity if the stakes were deemed “regional.”
Ukrainian resistance brewed slowly, culminating in a low-grade civil war in Donbas. Meanwhile, NATO forces began increasing deployments in Eastern Europe, especially the Baltic states.
Chapter 3: The Shadow War (2015–2019)
During these years, the war was fought in shadows—cyber warfare, proxy conflicts, and disinformation campaigns dominated.
The Syrian Civil War became a microcosm of the global power struggle: Russia, Iran, and China backing Assad, while NATO, Gulf States, and Israel maneuvered through a shifting battlefield.
ISIS, though a non-state actor, served as a catalyst for intervention and regional destabilization.
Cyber attacks, such as the 2017 NotPetya virus (linked to Russian intelligence), caused billions in damages and struck global infrastructure.
U.S.–China trade tensions and the emerging tech cold war over 5G and semiconductors hardened economic blocs.
By 2019, the alliances had unofficially formed: a revived Eastern Bloc of Russia, China, Iran, North Korea, and satellite states, versus the Western Alliance of NATO, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and increasingly, India.
Chapter 4: Pandemic and Preparation (2020–2021)
The COVID-19 pandemic functioned like a global stress test. Supply chains collapsed, mistrust between nations grew, and biosecurity became militarized. China was accused of mishandling (or weaponizing) the virus, while the U.S. and EU suffered politically and economically.
Military drills intensified, especially in the Indo-Pacific.
Taiwan became the next red line.
AI warfare, drone swarms, and satellite jamming became increasingly prominent in military budgets.
This era saw the quiet beginning of what would become the Space Conflict Theater, as nations deployed anti-satellite weapons and militarized low-Earth orbit.
Chapter 5: Open Engagement (2022–2025)
What had been a simmering cold conflict boiled over into direct engagement:
2022: Russia’s full invasion of Ukraine. The scale and brutality shocked the world. The West poured billions in arms and aid into Ukraine. Russia forged deeper ties with China and Iran.
2023: The Iran–Israel Flashpoint. Covert actions spiraled into open strikes. The Hormuz Strait became a kill zone, disrupting oil flow globally.
2024: Taiwan Crisis. China blockaded Taiwan under “anti-separatist operations.” The U.S. Navy responded. Skirmishes turned into naval engagements in the South China Sea.
2025: Formation of the Pacific Coalition Defense Agreement (PCDA)—a military pact between Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, the Philippines, Australia, and the U.S. This solidified the two-world order: one democratic and capitalistic, the other authoritarian and state-capitalist.
At this point, the global economy was in freefall, and WWIII had fully emerged as a multi-theater war—land, sea, air, cyberspace, and orbit.
Would you like me to continue with future chapters? We could do battle summaries, AI warfare, civilian impact, economic fallout, underground movements, or even stories of individuals caught in the storm. You can also pick a specific region or event to zoom in on.
:D

Then, they are being extremely stupid, because even if due to all the wars in the world 10k people died every day, it would still take 1000 years of war to reduce the population to the levels of 1985.
Even more. If nuclear war ignites and kills half of the world population, in the course of 10 years as predicted, it will reduce the population to levels of 1980.
No war will reduce the population in a meaningful way, but the damage is unsurmountable.

discostu52@reddit
Google “nuclear winter”. It’s only a theory, and it mainly comes from the Cold War where the US and Soviet Union had 10s of thousands of nukes pointed at each other. At its peak the US had over 30,000 bombs alone. Pakistan and India are estimated to have about 160 nukes each, so a nuclear exchange between them would be terrible, but likely would not significantly alter the global climate.
TheIrishWanderer@reddit
Unfortunately for me, I know quite a bit about the concept of nuclear winter and a hypothetical war in general. I may have misunderstood the other poster's comment; I thought they were talking about trade issues, rather than a nuclear exchange between India and Pakistan. But, I appreciate your reply either way!

Unlikely, neither side has enough of a military advantage to put the other in existential mode (unless something went disastrously wrong). DigitalWarHorse2050@reddit
That’s a fair statement. I don’t know what either has to gain by fighting. I understand the Kashmir issues but overall both countries have solid economics and trained people in many key future of work areas.
Ukraine unfortunately was/is being bullied by a tyrant and aggressor 10x the size who simply wants to conquer all of Eastern Europe and Europe. I look at that differently but perhaps I am not informed enough on India and Pakistan.
majinLawliet2@reddit
Pakistan... Solid economy?!
DigitalWarHorse2050@reddit
Well I was going by perhaps older news.
“Pakistan's economy continues to stabilise and is expected to grow by 2.7 percent in the current fiscal year ending June 2025, up from 2.5 percent in the previous year,” the report said. It also highlighted the problems, “Agriculture saw limited growth, in part due to adverse weather and pest infestations”
This seems to have change recently with stock crash there and the recent Kashmir incident
majinLawliet2@reddit
2.7% growth rate is abysmal by a developing country standards. Also like a third of the country was flooded a few years back which essentially crippled major parts of their economy. The country is corrupt and not well governed. Always getting IMF bailouts and never able to repay debts.
NukeouT@reddit
Who said this had to be a competent reason? 💀
DigitalWarHorse2050@reddit
True… these days nothing should surprise us. If someone picks a flower 🌺 in the wrong meadow, it seems all hell could break loose. I just wait for the wrong flower to be picked that shatter the simulation we are in.
NukeouT@reddit
Were not in a simulation. We just haven't rendered modern technologies as of 2010 to sufficiently decentralized governance to protect it from idiots 🙄
wanderingpeddlar@reddit
I would say the odds are less then 50% that they will fight. And Pakistan OR India getting crushed would lead to the country being crushed using its nukes.
If we are lucky the armed forces from each country show up and wag their genitalia at each other for a while. Meaning some short fire fights happen and both countries declare victory and go home if we are lucky that is.
Brief_Donut_1644@reddit
That's the likely outcome though. Neither country has anything to gain and everything to lose.
Adam592877@reddit
The gap between India and Pakistan is nowhere near large enough for Pakistan to be "crushed in a very short order", otherwise India would have done it by now.
binga001@reddit
Hard disagree, unfortunately chances are pretty high for a war this time.
iamadumbo123@reddit
Can someone explain the buildup here I just saw this like yesterday and have zero context
Alternatiiv@reddit
Pakistan's perspective.
There was a terrorist attack in Kashmir, about 100 km from the Line of Control (de facto border splitting Kashmir between Pakistan and India), in which 25+ non Muslim tourists from mainland India were killed. This was also allegedly about 1 km from an Indian Military base. The terrorists escaped, and have not yet been found.
Indian media claims that TRF (a Kashmiri resistance organization) has claimed responsibility (an online sttaement has been going around in which they claimed responsibility), although International media has not been able to verify the veracity of this.
India is blaming Pakistan. They said that of the 6 (or 4?) terrorists, 2 were local Kashmiris and 4 (or 2?) were Pakistani nationals. They are also connecting it to Pakistan by alleging that TRF is a proxy and an offshoot of LeT, a banned terrorist organization that used to be based in Pakistan, and was clamped down on a long time ago. There's no evidence that TRF is a proxy, or an offshoot, of LeT, neither did the statement going around online make such an implication.
It's important to know that India alleges a connection to Pakistan for all resistance groups in Kashmir, whether they're secular or religious. Also, the Line of Control and the Pakistan-India border is the most militarized border globally, and there's an estimate of 250K to 700K Indian military troops posted in Indian Kashmir alone.
Now, pretty much every group in India is asking for vengeance, so there's pressure on the Indian Government. They have 'suspended' the Indus Water Treaty, an internationally brokered water treaty, which has previously stood through 2 wars and a large skirmish. There is belief that they're posturing for war, and want to take some form of military action against Pakistan.
That's the gyst of it.
As for why Kashmir is a hotspot. In 1947, during the partition, states under direct control of Britain were divided between Pakistan and India along religious lines, that's the % of Muslims and Hindus living in a state (this was the aspiration of Muslims for various reasons, not a British conspiracy). The princely states were given an option to join either nation. Kashmir back then had a Hindu monarch, but had a much larger majority of Muslims.
The Hindu monarch wanted to remain independent, while the Muslims wanted to ascend to Pakistan. As a result, the Hindu monarch began torturing and killing the Muslims to suppress this. News reached Pashtun tribals, who then went to war in Kashmir, allegedly supported by Pakistan. Indian Monarch panicked, sought assistance from India, who gave it on the condition that he signs an instrument of ascension to India. India then got into war, and as such Pakistan got pulled into the war. The United Nations brokered a ceasefire and an end to the war on the backdrop of resolutions recognizing the right of Kashmiris to self determination, establishing the Line of Control today in Kashmir split between the two countries.
The Kashmiri people haven't been given the right of self determination as was promised. The two most popular political aspirations of Kashmiris are either independence, or joining Pakistan. India has sought to suppress this, which is why there is a minimum ratio of 1 Indian soldier for every 13 Kashmiris (5 for higher estimates). A lot of suppressions, human right violations over the 70+ years, a lot to get into right now. But that's part of the reason why resistance groups exist there, and also why today Indians are actively blaming Kashmiri Muslims, saying that this wasn't possible without their complicity, and calling for violence. Also, a lot of uptick in discrimination and hatred against Muslims, a lot of communal tension.
EmberOnTheSea@reddit
Thank you for this explanation.
Alternatiiv@reddit
Of course, I hate typing out these paragraphs but it bugs me to no end that some people view the Kashmir problem as entirely a political issue created by Pakistan. It's much more than that.
It invalidates the state oppression and suffering of the Kashmiri people who have been going through it for more than 7 decades. Which is why safe spaces like r/Kashmiri exist for ethnic Kashmiri people, and I encourage people to learn their perspective.
randomsomeome@reddit
I don’t like to respond to online comments but r/kashmir is heavily biased! I’m an indian, have been to that land and in fact people of kashmir loves being an Indian. Because of few people, we can’t give away our land. Section 370 came 16 months ago before it had its own government and it was of muslim community. So you cannot blame current government or previous (ain’t a supporter of my government). Historically, we have given away our most lands to people but we can’t keep doing that. Online and irl are two different things! I wonder why they won’t show the faces of those people who are begging to our government to rather take an action (its muslim-kashmiris) also many kashmiri pandit were burned to death because of a feud by a certain community. Now it also has been proven that we two of them were locals and 4 are from pakistan! Other than that, the current pm of pakistan accepted that pakistan has indeed funded terrorist organisation to support countries like the USA, britain. Guess who always gets fucked? Us, Indians! This time they asked religion and killed people Also let me tell most indians are infact atheist including me and yet this bugged us that why one certain community is being targeted cause of their religion? Bro, if everyone or massively indians hated muslims then we wouldn’t have had muslim to be the 2nd largest community. Most muslim friends of mine are far more rich so they’re given equal opportunity and infact they have minority quota! Cause of some stupid organisation you think muslim are always targeted than people are heavily delusional. If this was the case, i’d say most muslims would have moved abroad, to UAE at least but they aren’t! Even the ones who can very easily afford. So for crying out loud don’t turn this whole thing as if pakistani are victims! We don’t want war either nor we want innocents to be the target and we definitely don’t want our muslim indians to be suffered by the hands of idiots in my country. We have better relation with afganistan and with UAE than with pakistan dude! The mass killing of hindus in bangladesh is also very much relevant and half of them have moved to india illegally yet we have been quite but pakistan indeed being involved with terrorist organisations is what bothers us! And hence we just want the government of pakistan to back away!
I hope ya’ll would stop turning india as if its india thats the villian!
Alternatiiv@reddit
There's a lot to respond to, but it' will be in vain.
r/Kashmiri is moderated by only Kashmiris, and makes sure that ethnic Kashmiri people, be it on either side of the border, are heard. It's the only platform on reddit where their voice is not drowned out.
While you say your experience has been otherwise, Indians touring the region themselves have related the general sentiment contrary to yours, and it's overwhelming, easy to find. The ground reality also portrays a picture contrary to your experience.
I mean, you can visit virtually any Indian subreddit, and you will find a good majority hating on Muslims. Perhaps, it's an echo chamber. But when I go to social media, it's the same story.

I will provide you with specific articles from the New York Times, the New Yorker, AP, Foreign Policy, CSIS and others when I can get to my laptop tomorrow. I was just in Scandinavia and Estonian where it’s a regular topic in their media. They’re on the frontline. Google Russian sabotage campaign too.
ReeseWithAKnife@reddit
Thanks I wasnt at all doubting them I am just no up to date on a lot of these specific. I’m familiar with the cable cutting and a few others but wasn’t sure if any other developments. Feel free to PM me or post here if you want!

These are just a few of the articles that pop with googling Russian sabotage campaign. Scandinavian papers and other news sources have almost daily reports of some sort Russian activity along their borders. The Estonian border with Russia is under almost daily attacks of some form. A New Yorker article on the Russo/Norwegian border essentially stated that the Kremlin feels the war with NATO has begun. They're also hiring proxies throughout Europe to sabotage, spy or even kill people they'd rather not have around and paying them with bitcoin and recruiting them over the internet.

Multiple Internet cables cut isn't enough for you ?

CyberSmith31337@reddit
I would also like a source on this; haven’t heard a single word about attacks on neighbouring borders from Russia.
No_Opening_2425@reddit
You’re not well informed then. There has been hybrid attacks everywhere in Europe
CyberSmith31337@reddit
This is why I have asked for a source.
You might not have noticed; all the media talks about in America is Donald Trump, the stock market, and the oligarchs. I am not even kidding.
There was recently a series of massive tornados that did crazy damage in the southern United States. I wouldn’t have even heard about it if not for Reddit. I cannot emphasize how complicit our media is in promoting the Trump show and reinforcing propaganda vs. Informing the public.
Rospigg1987@reddit
Not your ordinary attack(excluding directing migrants towards EU borders), it is hybrid warfare on mostly digital infrastructure.
Now there is an discussion ongoing on how much we actually can attribute it to Russia or just malicious actors that are independent and if some of the "attacks" are just ordinary accidents and faulty maintenance.
It is not hard to find information about Baltic Sea cable breaks like this have been major news around Northern Europe and there is talks of activating article 4 of NATO from Sweden regarding this.
New-Doctor9300@reddit
Wouldnt surprise me if it happens in the future to be honest
CyberSmith31337@reddit
I am not old enough to know, but I wonder if the world was this… “tense” prior to World War 1 and 2?
It is not that any one particular conflict is especially dominant right now. What I worry more about is that there are so many regional conflicts that I think participation from the super powers of the world is almost inevitable.
But also, maybe not? I can also, weirdly enough, picture a scenario where the super powers of the world just kind of sit back and profit off of all these smaller nations warring with one another. I really don’t know the geopolitics of warfare enough to have a more informed opinion than that. It just seems to me that it would be in their own interest to militarize their industries and sell weapons to all these micro-conflicts.

neville shute novellst famous for the book a town like alice wrote a book called "what happened to the corbetts?" in the early 30s,
western statesmen were pronouncing "Peace in our time" whilst privately acceding to carving up chechoslovakia for annexation and subsequent capitulation, History repeats itself first as a trajedy then as a farce.
grimonce@reddit
It wasn't as tense because people were not that afraid of war back then. We didn't have drones, atomic bombs, long range artillery, such a long range capable bombers or f16s all over the place.
The war now is something entirely different. If it comes to open war with no rules it's a complete shits how and bodies in the air like you can see in Gaza...

Sorry to interrupt you two but the short answer based off my limited knowledge is yes.

China is licking their lips
wanderingpeddlar@reddit
No way man. I know China pushes India when they think they can get away with it. But think for a moment what would happen if India and Pakistan were fighting and China moved in on India.
India has nothing to lose at that point and both Pakistan and China would get a few extra suns.
China knows this.
Infamous-Insect-8908@reddit
There’s a huge mountain range stopping China from doing that.
wanderingpeddlar@reddit
Really then this conflict was the result of everyone's imagination then I take it?
Infamous-Insect-8908@reddit
They were fighting in the mountains without weapons. They can’t fight a large scale war due to the mountain range restricting everything.
CyberSmith31337@reddit
I don’t think he meant it as a ”China would get formally involved” as much as he means that they would be delighted to see their enemy get tied up in a war. China and India are not friends. I could absolutely see a scenario where China started selling arms en masse to Pakistan if the opportunity arose.
When wars break out, drones, guns, missiles, and satellites will start to become lucrative selling opportunities.
Adam592877@reddit
China already does sell arms en masse to Pakistan, it's the only country China has exported the J-10 fighter jet and PL-15 missiles to, and it will likely be the first foreign purchaser of Chinese stealth aircraft.
wanderingpeddlar@reddit
It is entirely possible China would try to play both sides off the middle with weapon sales and other things granted. But other then territory India does not really have anything China wants. I think (if I remember correctly) China wants an oil pipeline through part of India but yeah they do still hold fist fights on the disputed border.
DocWallaD@reddit
New silk road
wanderingpeddlar@reddit
Your not wrong, but they don't need to do that by land anymore
DocWallaD@reddit
See and air may become contested. No matter how many times you carpet bomb a road.. you can just go over/under/around. Planes and ships are more expensive and time consuming to replace after a certain point. If a world power wanted to stop shipping lanes its not impossible to do. Look at what's going on over in the red sea as a prime example, and that's a rebel group. The United States and friends are already using AI underwater drones to patrol around undersea cables that keep having anchor accidents. Air transit would be even easier to disrupt than that.
ReasonablePossum_@reddit
China will not move on India, they will move on Taiwan, because Pakistan is a US ally and will distract some resources towards that side.
whoibehmmm@reddit
I feel so uninformed because this seemed to come out of nowhere for me. I know there was a terrorist attack recently, but has tension been building between India and Pakistan on a higher level for some time now and I just didn't know?
rfusion6@reddit
It was a significant brutal terrorist attack. Allegedly, the terrorists targeted and humiliated people who they identified as hindus and shot them execution style. 27 people were killed, mostly tourists. No one has been caught, but kashmiri terror group has claimed responsibility.
This has been the biggest attack on civilians in india since 2008.
A lot of terror groups that attack india are backed by the Pakistani military/intelligence(like this one), so the blame has fallen on them.
The issue is bipartisan in India rn, both left and right want retribution. If the government fails to do something about it, they could lose the next elections, hence big actions.
Last time, something like this happened, India did airstrikes in pakistan (not very successfull).
They might do something more than just airstrikes this time, but a full scale war won't happen. (Most probably)
too_late_to_abort@reddit
I get they have a history of tit-for-tat skirmishes but never before has the water deal been suspended. That seems like a canary in the coal mine.
rfusion6@reddit
Not just tit-for-tat, there have been four wars fought between the two. One of those was after they both went nuclear.
Imo, the water treaty is concerning but It's just not in the interests of the Indian government to go to war with pak. They literally won't get anything out of it, even getting the POK(pak occupied Kashmir) won't really do anything for the economy.
There's also nothing too significant to distract the citizens from, currently either. So I don't see why India would go to war.
Skirmish to save face? Sure.
Though IDK, don't have all the info.
Guilty_Tadpole1906@reddit
The issue isn’t whether they will choose to start an all-out war; it’s probable that neither government wants that. The issue is that the situation escalates beyond control with tit-for-tat responses.
No_Opening_2425@reddit
Governments want war all the time. War is very useful for regimes. Remember that both Pakistan and India aren’t democratic
Guilty_Tadpole1906@reddit
Hence the all-out specifier. There will be conflict, sure, but given their history, neither side is looking to invade or erase the other from existence.
too_late_to_abort@reddit
I appreciate your honest take, cheers.
iforgotmylogin9@reddit
Wow a conversation that ended with respect and well thought out conversation. A refreshing change to different opinions on Reddit. Well done you two!
NoReserve8233@reddit
The water deal has been mentioned for the impact factor- India doesn’t have any dams / infrastructure to control the flow of rivers right now. Pakistan hopes that by using the word war first- India either backs off or if war does happen- they can say we already warned the world.
Unlucky_Buy217@reddit
Tit for tat skirmishes aren't a thing. India has not really sponsored any terrorist activity or attacks on civilians in Pakistan. The opposite has been quite true, and is backed by most neutral countries.
tomz17@reddit
Shocked.... Remind me where Seal Team 6 ran into Bin Laden again?
discostu52@reddit
If India did actually start taking steps to cut off the water then Pakistan wouldn’t have a choice, it would be a matter of survival. Thankfully India can’t at the moment physically do that so for the moment it’s mostly symbolic.
Collapselemonade@reddit
Thanks! With those two countries, it seems less a question of if but when. And when it's starts, it's scary to think how it may end.

Terrorists forced
kiji6969@reddit
The sentiment across the country right now is clear this has gone on for too long. We've been dealing with terrorism for decades, and people have reached their limit. There’s a strong sense that now is the time to act decisively and bring this chapter to a close. With the opposition already backing the government, there’s a rare moment of unity. It’s time to take firm, effective steps to eliminate this threat once and for all not out of anger, but out of necessity.
shryke12@reddit
Understatement of the century.... Yes you have been uninformed. I learned of this learning in highschool 25 years ago that India and Pakistan are the most likely to use nukes on each other.
binga001@reddit
That's 'cuz in West, you are taught people on the other side of the planet are not as responsible as you.
OkStudent8107@reddit
India has a no 1st use policy, so if a nuclear war starts between the two, Pakistan Will have started it
Unlucky_Buy217@reddit
Lol not at all. Only West has ever used nukes and they are the only ones who keep warring for years and have joined several ways in the past few decades.
whoibehmmm@reddit
Cool. I said I was, right? Maybe leave some useful information about the situation instead of snark next time.
UnableChef592@reddit
true. i did hear of the terrorist attack but the rational way to deal with that was for pakistan to condemn them and for india to demand assistance to capture the perpetrators. to go to war with each other seem to be playing into the desires of the terrorists. but they obviously have different dynamics over there.
Alternatiiv@reddit
In 2019, there was an attack in Kashmir on an Indian Military convoy which resulted in the death of about ~50 soldiers.
Pakistan's Prime Minister Imran Khan, back then, did request India for evidence that it was perpetrated from Pakistan, and offered assistance in capturing them, that's if there was evidence of a link.
India tried to launch air strikes instead.
Steamed_Memes24@reddit

Heathen_Inc@reddit
From a chemical/biological standpoint, that is a fallacy.
Basmati, on the other hand, typically has significantly less carbohydrate(sugar) per 100g, with some brands like Riviani being at almost half.
Probably not what you want in a survival situation, but exactly what I want for my day to day life and overall wellbeing

kiji6969@reddit
Why false flag?
NukeouT@reddit
Because I saw a post here like 12 hours before saying India is escalating against Pakistan and mobilizing the military 🪖
Seems similar to what happened with US > Vietnam Gunboats or US > Iraqi Yellow Cake
Usually I shouldn't be able to predict a "terrorist attack" on India from across the internet especially as someone who does not live in India but I was pretty much expecting it based on prior information as well as what I read about the details of how other wars escalated like Russia > Georgia and Russia > Ukraine 😐
Usually a pretense is needed to begin a conflict and that was sort of missing for India 🇮🇳
That being said idk why they would fight with another nuclear armed country over water or religion 😒 both seem like really stupid reasons to revisit Hiroshima-Nagasaki but bigger 💀

Take your pick they have been in a cold war for decades.
Of late there was a terrorist incident in India and as Pakistan has been caught running ops on India a few times and India is blaming Pakistan. Toys have gone out of the pram in a very short order. All visas on both sides have been canceled. A water treaty has been canceled and Pakistan has banned all aircraft made in India from its sky's. And I think Pakistan has banned all trade and good from India.
What is getting peoples attention is the speed that all this has happened with.
Future_Way5516@reddit

wanderingpeddlar@reddit
