I have a ridstar q20 and it gives me a error code 10 does anyone know what it means and how to fix it? .

E10 is usually a communication problem between controller and display.
Undo the connection, seat them back in properly.
Does the bike ride at all / kick the motor in PAS or throttle mode ?

I took off the seat exposing the controller I unplugged and plugged back everything but the error code still shows

Throttle doesn't work and pedal assist does nothing

Did you check all connections? Don't just look at them, disconnect them and reconnect again.
Don't forget the one near your motor.

I Acadently disconnected the motor wire but I plugged it in that's when the error code occurred but I made sure it wasn't loose
