Nice attempt at misdirection. This guy founded JAN (Jabhat al-Nusra). They attacked and beheaded Christians and other minorities. They kidnapped nuns as well, using them as part of a prisoner exchange with Assad.

They are on most countries’ terror watch lists. Israel armed and supported them, going so far to bomb Assad for them to keep the killing going.

And yes, JAN is allied with HTS and Israel obviously supports both.

Israel routinely takes in and treats Syrians injured in the civil war, and the Israel Defense Forces has set up a field hospital along the border, though it transports more serious cases to hospitals elsewhere in the country, without prejudice to which side of the civil war the injured was fighting on.

The only mentions of jihadists are:

That is revisionism, HTS also used to be known as Al Nusra, and as such not only recieved weapon shipments out of Israel but also had its fighters treated by Israeli medics.

Syria is a place without a proper democratic goverment, and currently having big parts of its territory occupied by about half a dozen foreign powers, calling that "diverse", and denying over a decade of still on-going civil war, seems a bit cynical.
