PC became unstable after fiddling with PBO Enhancement, now it only allows 1 ram to boot

I recently made some BIOS adjustments, specifically setting PBO Enhancement to Level 3, 80. After that, my PC booted into Windows once, then shut down. It attempted another boot but only reached the Aorus logo before shutting down again.
Now, it only boots into Windows with one RAM stick installed. I’ve tried: • Reseating both RAM sticks in all slots (both at the same time and each) • Resetting CMOS • Updating to the latest BIOS version • Reseating the CPU and reinstalling the cooler
None of these fixed the issue. When using the working RAM stick alone, the system boots normally. But inserting the second stick causes the DRAM debug LED to stay red, and the system won’t boot.
Specs: • CPU: Ryzen 5 7500F • RAM: Flare X5 6000MT/s CL36 (2x sticks) 16gb each • Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus Elite AX V2 (rev 1.0) • GPU: RTX 4060 Ti • PSU: MSI MAG A850GL • Cooler: Deepcool AK500S Digital
I’m out of ideas. Any help is appreciated.

Well, same happened to me last night. Updated bios. Nothing.
Have you found the fix?

Hi, I can’t exactly pinpoint the problem if it is the motherboard that fried one of my sticks or my cpu memory controller is dead since I can’t use the a1 slot of my mobo.
But I did replace one ram stick and is now using a2 b2 slots only to boot successfully.

Hi! I don't know If you solved your problem yet but I BIOS on my gigabyte board to version 9F and I'm running into PBO instability with my Ryzen 9 9900X.

The issue in my case is one stick of RAM. It died though I am not sure if it is due to voltage. PBO also don't work on 80 Level 3. I just disabled PBO to avoid any issues.
