Monitor keeps on turning off when on videos (Windows 11)

Hi,
This is not a new PC build. I recently formatted my PC to Windows 11 from Win 10. The issue never existed before I installed Windows 11. My main monitor (I have two), keeps on turning OFF and ON every time I scroll through FB/Youtube Shorts, or just watch any type of video on the browser.
No, it's not the cable, nor the drivers. It specifically happens when I switch tabs to a video/scroll through videos.
What can it be? I'm literally losing it.

Did you ever get this figured out? I'm having the same problem and don't know why

Is it after a short time? It is it immediate? If after a short time, you could have it set to sleep the monitor after a few minutes. If so, you can change it in settings.

When it catches the tab has been changed, or detects a new video, it shuts down immediately. It lasts for like 3 seconds before it turns ON again.

Ok, not going to sleep then…. Are your temps ok? Maybe it is coincidental? I have no other guesses…

Everything is in check. I'm 100% this is nothing hardware based. Nothing has changed in my PC, and it only started happening when I upgraded to Windows 11. This happens only on videos, so this is definitely not coincidental. :)

Hmmm, have you run a virus scan? I know this is an off chance, but worth doing anyway. How about GPU drivers? You may have older drivers that have a conflict with windows 11.

Updated all drivers to the latest, unsure about the compatibility

I had the same exact issue, resolved it someone. I downloaded a new Nvidia graphics driver update and the issue is back. Forgot how to fix it =(

Did you upgrade directly from windows 10 or do a clean install?
l33tjoell@reddit (OP)
It was a clean install, I used a custom ISO by Ghost Spectre, like I always do

Okay. I can't be of much help then. My friend and I both have had weird random issues like this when we upgraded systems from 10, where a clean install would fix it.

Did you find a solution? it started happening to me, either on youtube or even on steam when opening a game page with video on
