What finally pushed you into quitting a job?

I’ve hated mine for months but stuck at it because at least I’m being paid and can look for something better but I haven’t found anything yet. I just got back after 1 week abroad with some time to think and realised I despise the place and I never want to be in that job type again so I’ll likely quit with nothing lined up (financially fine which makes it easier) What was it that gave you the final nudge to quit?
