Sell over the counter reading glasses in two parts. Buyer can choose different strengths for the left side and the right side to match their needs. These halves just snap together.

My Eye Doctor charged my $100 for reading glasses (My eyes are different strengths). This would have been helpful.

Sell over the counter DISTANCE glasses in two parts, so I don't have to shell out $300 every time I want a pair. (It used to be worse, until recently it could be up to $2,000 a pair).

That's why you get lenses cut for nearsightedness, both eyes being very different for farsightedness is very rare.
