What innovative / creative feature would you like to see in a Reddit Alternative?

A good Android app on par with RedReader. I didn't think this was innovative, but apparently it is with how most alternatives don't even have an app.

Is RedReader better than the official Reddit app?

Asking your illiterate neighbour to read you the front-page is better than the official reddit app.

In my opinion, yes, and it isn't even close. It runs way better, is way easier to use, and has a better media viewing experience (both video and image albums). It's kinda surprising open source Reddit alternatives don't just copy RedReader wholesale (saidit did and it worked quite well, unfortunately it has since been discontinued).

It’s a rotten feature, too easily astroturfed

I’m on board with this, and encourage all devs to experiment. We can make something better.
