Which groups of women are typically completely waxed?

I have a friend who is a GP who told me that Polish women in the UK are typically without any pubic hair at all. I am wondering which other groups are the same. Does it depend on where you are in the UK? Are Scots different from the Cornish?

Definitely exists! She found it interesting that most of the Polish women she sees have no pubic hair.
