Got to love DOA electronics.

We just received 3 surface laptops 5's. First thing to note, we had a bug where if you manually changed the DNS servers on these laptops and then put it back to auto it wouldn't switch and you had to manually clear a registry entry to resolve. I digress, one of these laptops come to find out, anything that provides signal through the USB-C port (btw only 1 usb-c on it wtf), shorts the laptop and it immediately crashes. Fun times. Tried updating firmware etc to no avail. Honestly IDK at this point. Do all laptop manufactures at this point have horrible quality control these days? Are they just cheaping out on hardware quality? Don't even get me started with the issues with anything Dell we've purchased.
