Tesla blocks Semi truck

Seriously? Well, I suppose it’s possible the truck driver pulled into oncoming traffic… there’s assholes in all walks of life… but I try to be professional and courteous, and I’ve had this happen to me. Most the time, the car that caused it pulled out of a nearby sidestreet or parking lot while I had already started through my side of intersection. Yes, I’m in oncoming traffic, but only due to absolute necessity. It’s legal for me to do it, as long as I’m not impeding the flow of traffic for any period of time. Personally, and anyone that’s my friend, we will not deliberately pull out in front of someone. But if someone does pull out from the sidestreet while I’m in my turn, It’s not a quick process getting 40 tons of beef and truck moving in the same direction. Or in this case, probably everyday consumables, such as diapers, toothpaste, toiletries, papers, pants, water, shoes, books, phone chargers, pots/pans, hats, clocks, sheets, flashlights, disposable cups, Q-tips, chairs, mattresses, dental floss, coffee, flour, microwaves, computers, TVs, prescription drugs, windows, pot holders, pencils, flags, calendars…. Look around yourself. Unless you’re naked, standing in the wilderness, there’s something within your reach that came off a truck just like that. And it’s not always an easy job. That said, it would have taken said car driver half a brain cell to stop 15’ back (like the car behind it did), and let the truck complete its turn. 5 seconds delay for the poor unfortunate soul in the expensive car, if that. But instead, blocks traffic for EVERYONE for 15 minutes. Arrogant asshole bastard. And for the truck driver to back up, he’d have to set his brakes, get out, walk to the back of the trailer, look and see if anyone is behind him, walk back to the cab, release his brakes, before even thinking of backing up (and that’s hoping another person doesn’t drive up behind him in the 10 seconds he’s walking back to the cab). The car has backup cameras, radar, AI, rear view mirror, and only needs to go a few feet, clearly in an open area (due to the forethought of the random driver behind him). By the time the driver gets out of his truck and started walking, the car could be out of the way and everyone on their merry way. But Ohhhh, No, I have right of way.
