I'll ptobably go for 7800xt for 540$. 7900 GRE is 740 and almost out of stock in my country. Cheapest 9070 is 780 which is still a lot for me to justify.

Just where in the Europe do you live? Because here in Poland (23% VAT included of course): \- 5070Ti - $1006 / 885€ \- RX 9070 - $782 / 688€ \- RX 9070XT - $888 / 780€ And you can also use [amazon.de](http://amazon.de) to grab a 9070 for 709€ (delivery this week) or 9070XT for 790€. So our EU prices are objectively better than the US ones for Radeons.

Value vs what he can spend. GRE is similar in value but meets what he can spend. I think if anyone had the money 9070 xt is offering rn in terms of FSR4 is a lot more value in the longer run. 9070 XT is too expensive honestly, considering DLSS is supported in most games and FSR 4 is only in a handful of games; I'd say 5070 Ti is better value at that price; 9070 XT should be 750 Euro's max to compete. Consider that the 5070 ti will save you about 50 euro a year on energy compared to the 9070 XT as well... I know it's all in mode to hate on on nvidia (and they deserve it) amd have been really poor in EU as well and honestly don't deserve any better.

7900 GRE is a good choice for EU. I would’ve gone for the 9070 XT if it wasn’t sitting at €865, that’s just wild. Given the prices, you made a smart compromise. I recently was trying to build a setup but gave up on this generation for now seeing the prices tbh. Enjoy it man!

Im sorry to hear those inflated prices. I guess our region is a bit forgiving since we are a third world country. 5070ti here cost around 975 USD while 9070XT starts at 850 USD.

I was planning to upgrade to 1440p gaming from 1080p and the 9070XT was my to go pic. But living in a third world country (Latin america) and seeing prices is almost imposible to get one at a reasonable price. Current prices are aprox 1000 USD for the 9070XT and 1200 usd for 5070ti is crazy. So for the moment i'll keep gaming at 1080p
