Well I'm not Keith Richards mate I've not done every drug under the sun so I wouldn't know who's word to take or not lol I just wondered if anyone had done them. I can't get hold of Ecstasy because I don't know any dealers the same way I can't get hold of cocaine I have to make do with these pills.

Probably some obscure research chemical that is now also banned. This is a mix of caffeine and Synephrine so probably like having a few strong espressos

Right, guarana is like long acting caffeine. Kanna extract is used as a traditional medicine as a (presumably mild) mood enhancer Theobromine is a stimulant, you’d typically find it in chocolate Synephrine increases your heart rate — I would imagine it would be euphoric compared to your baseline level, but I would not set your expectations too high - think more high than you would be eating a bar of chocolate and drinking a cup of coffee, but it’s going to be that order of magnitude.

Well, it’d be irresponsible for me to recommend mixing drugs. You shouldn’t, really. But I know people do. In which case, if you have several caps I’d maybe try one on its own first so you can gauge the effects. Maybe in a social environment but not full on party if that’s possible. Then make any decisions based on that. It’s not uncommon for people to mix stimulants and alcohol, but do take it easy as both alcohol and those caps are likely to slightly dehydrate you I’d think - so moderate your alcohol intake and make sure you drink some water too. Exercise caution, of course :)
