ASUS ROG X870E-E Q Code 22 & Will Not Post

Looking to get some help with a new build.
I have an ASUS ROG X870E-E that will not post & keeps giving me Q Code 22. I just got this motherboard back from ASUS for an RMA of a DOA board. The fix listed from ASUS on the repair report was replaced discrete component.
I have tried moving the RAM between all slots in every configuration with it still not being able to POST. I have also updated the BIOS to the most recent version ( currently A5557). I also have tried a new set of RAM from Amazon with the same Q Code 22.
Here's what components I have installed:
AMD Ryzen 9 9900X
ASUS ROG X870-E-E
G.Skill Flare X5 (F5-6000J3636F16GX2-FX5)
Any other tips would be greatly appreciated. I'm at my wits end after having waited 4 weeks for the board to go through the RMA process.

I see this post is a year old. Just picked up the x870e e R2 which is revision 2 of this board. First time ever using amd since first building in 2002. This board, even revision two is still giving this code 22. Ive replaced the cpu and ram first and the code still appears.
Im using the 9850x3d. The first ram kit was recommended by Micro Center but upon check Asus's QVL list, the ram is not there. I found a ram kit, that is QVL at Best Buy and tried that, code 22 still appears. I believe the issue is the motherboard.
I looked up this issue worded several different ways and just came across your post.
I also came across a google suggestion that says to let the ram stick on code 22 for 15-20 minutes before hard reseting. This may be helpful to you.
Im currently sitting on the newest bios right before the beta version, updated from 1804 i think was the version.
Did you ever fix this issue? I'm all ears. Sorry to see no one replied for so long.
I tried so many fixes, i lost count.
Thanks buddy!

Hey! Thanks for the reply.
I ended up buying 4 sets of RAM from different manufacturers from Best Buy & tried them 1 by 1. Eventually got 4 sticks of Corsair 16GB to get the board to POST. Haven’t had any issues since, but I’m too scared to touch the RAM anymore.
