Just spent 20 minutes in traffic because the school near my home does a 'walking bus'. Great, get kids outside, im pro that. But when they are using a pedestrian crossing and after the light goes red for them. As i begin to pull forward slowly to cue them to stop an adult with the children stands in my way so the children can keep crossing. Whos in the wrong here?
