Tulsi Gabbard declared her residency in Texas. Then she voted in Hawaii

Ok…
Mitt Romney - Lived in La Jolla CA while becoming a Senator from Utah
Hillary Clinton - Became a US Senator from NY then moved there.
Maxine Waters - Lives in a $6+ M home in Brentwood miles from her district. The closest she comes is flying over as she lands at LAX.
AOC - Does not live in her district
RFK Jr - Voted listing an abandoned home as his residence.
We can do this all day with both parties. But maybe we can start with the very real possibility that some of the 6M illegals handed SSNs in the past 4 years voted illegally.
Voter ID.

Is always, but...

You wrote a lot right wing whining just to say she lied. Bravo Tulsi. Lying is apparently okay to Republicans if someone else does it.

I guess you missed a couple of the names up there. Read more. Spew less.

The only example you provided of someone voting in a location other than where they live is RFK Jr. Running and getting elected to represent an area you do not live in, and voting in the election to decide who represents an area you do not live are two very different things.

Actually the only example that might match your statement is Clinton.

This is the dumbest nonstory ever. Next.
Joseangel_sc@reddit
it’s literally voter fraud
Eldagustowned@reddit
That’s not how that works…
Joseangel_sc@reddit
but it does, this is literally how it works, stop bending the truth
Eldagustowned@reddit
Bro each election there are multiple people who are still registered in their past residence and people still have to go even to other states to vote if they didn’t file in time. Some people even chronicle it in vlogs… maybe go outside and have a walk in the park and get off the internet now and then. This is a dunning Kruger argument.

source?
plain ans simple, If someone moves and hasn't updated their registration yet, that's one thing. But someone who deliberately declares Texas residency, while maintaining a Hawaii voter registration to vote there is breaking the law.
It's literally the definition of voter fraud: voting where you're not legally entitled to vote.
This isn't some obscure technicality - check Hawaii Revised Statutes § 19-3(4). It's a crime to "vote in an election for which the person is not entitled to vote."
as i said, literal fraud -> https://law.justia.com/codes/hawaii/title-2/chapter-19/section-19-3/
psian1de@reddit
It's okay as long as it's Republicans who commit probable fraud
But if a brown person maybe might have voted for Biden or Kamala sound the alarms, and change the laws.
Eldagustowned@reddit
If you are still registered to vote in the state you left you are entitled to vote in the state you left. Registration and entitlement to vote there isn't magically changed by declaring out loud you have to do paperwork dummy. You sound like michael scott in the office thinking bankruptcy happens by screaming I declare bankruptcy! If you are registered to vote you can vote by mail and vote in person if you don't trust the mail or the in person system to work, its not supposed to count as two votes because they throw away the redundant vote. Same with if you aren't sure where to vote except you wouldn't be able to vote in the city you aren't registered in. Stop chimping out like a weirdo, you sound like a tribalist goon, and it really sounds like you don't believe the viability of 2020 with how much are talking about propriety of voting in specific locations. hmmm.

It’s almost like voter ID should be necessary
