My younger sister turned 21 this week and a group of us would like to go out to celebrate !

We’re all under 25 but we dont want a packed-frat-party-no-room-to-breathe club but still dancey enough (plus she has a sash and crown and she loves attention LOL) if that makes sense. I’m completely clueless with clubs so I would love some input! TIA
