As the title states I bought a new gpu to replace my 2080ti that has 2x8 pin connection with a 5080 ROG astral. I plug all open cords in except an extra 8 pin connector not connected to anything form the adaptor and try to turn on my pc and am greeted with a red LED when I try to turn on my pc everything turns on besides my gpu fans (the led strip turns on) and I get no display.

Any assistance is helpful.
