Last year my wife and I were out doing farm chores and I yelled DROP EM OUT! at her from across the lower field. Except I had forgotten that our child was “helping” her, until his little head popped up above the grass and he called back “What? Drop what out?” So I said “it just means mama thinks mommy is very beautiful!” and I hope he doesn’t repeat that at school 🥲
