I dont know much about PC's but I managed to make this build for gaming. Is it good for utilizing top performance within this price range, or do I replace some parts? Thank you

If your budget is really only $1000 i would maybe recommend following route instead
-msi b650 mobo (AM5)
-amd ryzen 7 8600g cpu with integrated gpu
-gskill flare x5 32gb 6000 cl30 ram kit
-corsair 850w gold rated fully modular psu
rest is preference but the idea here is you START with integrated graphics.
you future proof yourself a bit up-front with a solid AM5 platform that is already capable of some decent gaming.. then continue to save your $ for a few more months and buy yourself a gpu later down the road.
you will end up with a much better rig at the end of all things doing it this way. and you’ll may e be surprised what that integrated gpu is capable of with this setup.

The one he linked is much better and puts you on a motherboard socket with lots of CPU upgrade paths

Get the 4060 for $20 more. Much better performance.
