Help azure account soft deleted

I am a employee of a vendor who doesnt have access to the azure admin it is ran by our client or another vender of their chosing.
Recently I was expecting to have a 1 year anniversary instead what I got was my azure entraID placed in a soft deletion because HR did not email the proper people to extend it 360 days, I also did not receive an email. My boss is saying he did not receive an email and apparently HR does not get an email.
I came to work the next day and couldnt get in. Now all my data is gone from emails teams bookmarks etc if I can't pull it from the hardrive which I am the local admin of as well as the computer admin.
I was told by my HR and the client HR that they do not renew azure accounts.
While, I don't believe this is true. I cannot really force the issue because I don't know who manages the azure accounts to correct it, if even possible.
What is the best way to get the most of my data? I did have a PST file which I saved from startdate to dec 31. Hopefully this will be retrievable and transferable.
However, I'm thinking I'm out of a lot of data because it's attached to the previous as azure account.
Any help would be great.
