Boot / EXPO profile issue

Motherboard:ASUS X870E-CREATOR ProArt CPU:9800X3D RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo RGB Series (AMD Expo) DDR5 RAM 64GB (2x32GB) 6000MT/s CL30-40-40-96 1.40V
I just upgraded my RAM for compatibility purposes but I am not able to boot with both my RAM sticks with the EXPO II profile on. System boots with 1 stick Expo II on, 2 sticks no EXPO profile on. Should I send back the RAM? Anyone know what I can try to fix issue?

I assume you are on dimm 2 and 4.
Increase the cas latency from 30 to 32
And then increase VDDIO TO 1.3 or well increase it.
Your cpu memory control may very well just be bad but also this g skill bin has crazy voltage already for only cl30 6000 thats pretty insane relative to other options but I digress.

Appreciate the response. I am on dimm 2 and 4. Can you explain your last sentence though out of curiosity? We talking insane good or insane bad?
It looks like I just had to update my BIOS. I'm stable again. Sounds like you know what you are talking about, any settings I should move change around from the EXPO II profile?

Like bad but if updating the bios helps then it should be fine enough. Since even bad memory controllers should be able to handle 6000 cl30
I don't generally suggest manually tuning ram so leaving it to expo is fine enough mate, no need to worry as long as you are stable now.
For the last sentence G skill seems to be putting a lot of voltage to make cl30 6000 stable since some other brands are able to with only 1.35v but this doesn't need to be relevant for you just some technical comments is all, don't mean to confuse you.

No worries, I appreciate the insight for sure. Always like learning about these things. I am technically competent but when it comes to the really in-depth stuff I am out of my league.
