FAA AVOT-CAD Color Vision Test Locations?

Simple question. I am looking to see if anyone knows what AMEs or what clinics/hospitals/universities have the AVOT-CAD or AVOT-PRO-US that the FAA now requires for one of their color vision tests. The only ones I have found so far are the City College of London, and a doctor at a hospital in Norway.

I have asked several AMEs across the country (to include my own who is an opthalmologist), several optometrist and opthalmologist clinics in my area, and the FAA AMCD (who told me they don't know either).

For context, I applied for a class 2, got a class 3 with limitation #104 (day VFR only) limitation. My Congressman has been facilitating expedited conversations with the FAA. I have also submitted the newly created Color Vision Limitation Review (we'll see what happens).

TL;DR: Who has this damn test? And why does the FAA create mandate that pilots aren't able to comply with? I would also like to give other color deficient pilots a chance to exhaust all of their options.
