2022 RAV4 hybrid se - 30k miles Back two tires are worn down 3/10 (one has a nail that can’t be patched. One front 7/10 Other front 5/10 but small leak and it has already been patched in a spot.
I have Michelin primacy A/s 225 / 60 100h sl bsw TM. Kind of pricy so I’m wondering if it’s ok to replace 3 out of the 4 or do I need to replace all of them. Also, is there another brand of tire that’s on par with these but cheaper? Ps in Texas

If you have AWD you want to keep the tread depts within around 3/32 of each other. A significant tread delt difference puts unwanted strain on the AWD coupler and could lead to premature failure. They are not cheap or easy to fix.
If you have a FWD, then ya go do whatever you want. Put the ones with the biggest tread mismatch on the back where it don't matter.

If this is an AWD car, then do all 4.
Stock tread depth on a MPAS225/60 is 9/32" So pairing it with the 7/32 tire is no problem. Just don't pair it with a 5 or lower on the drive axle or you risk excessive differential wear... which will be way more $$$ than a tire to fix.
Crossclimate2 have excellent tread life and superior wet traction for those Texas Flood storms, and are even good in snow. Also Michelin and also not cheap, but they pay back with tread life much longer than similar rated other brands. YMMV.

Do complete axles.
For instance, wife's SUV front tires wore unevenly after moving across the country fully loaded pulling a trailer with my Porsche on it. Rear tires were worn down but not out, put the rears on the steers and got new rear tires.
But don't do a single tire unless the other one is hella fresh or you just straight can't afford it

It’s highly recommended that you replace them in pairs.
If you have a 2wd vehicle you can get away with putting the old tire on the non-driven axle if you have to.

If your doing 3, you might as well do 4 so everything wears evenly. Do you HAVE to? Technically no. Unless you have AWD then it's more of a rule than may as well situation.
